Final Sale Policy
All products sold during our TikTok Live Stream events are special promotional items offered at exclusive discounted prices. These are final sale products and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Damages or Shipping Errors
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dongru1213@gmail.com with:
· Your order number
· Clear photos/video showing the issue
· We will evaluate each case individually and provide a resolution (replacement or refund if applicable).
Refund Processing (Approved Claims Only)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

· No cancellations once tracking number is generated
